Prof. (Dr.) Diptendra K. Sarkar has Founded the Breast Service at the IPGME&R and SSKM Hospitals.Presently the Honorary Secretary of ASI, West Bengal chapter and Founder-Treasurer of the Association of Breast Surgeons of India (ABSI). He is an Examiner of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and is Associate Editor of Indian Journal of Surgical Oncology.
